Arm Bar Submission
There is a ton of ways that you can execute an arm bar depending on your agility and technique. This example will execute the arm bar from the defensive position on your back, with your opponent on top of you with their hands on your chest, throat or face. You want to get your body up so that your opponent's arms are a little bit extended (it is okay if their arms aren't completely straight). You need to grab one of their hands by the wrist firmly. While holding on the wrist, you want to wrap your leg around the arm and turn your hips around so you are on top of the opponents arm and make sure that their thumb is facing the ground. All you should have to do to apply pressure and make your opponent tap out. Use their arm almost like a lever, and pull it straight back towards you keeping their arm as straight as possible.
