Gogoplata Submission

This submission move is for the agile and flexible MMA fighter who likes a good risk, because this move can be easily countered if the fighter takes their sweet old time trying to execute. From the guard position your opponent's hand is on the ground. You are going to lift your leg that is on the same side as your opponent's hand that is on the mat. Lift it so your thigh is under the armpit and wrapped around the outside of the arm, and the foot is under the neck. You are going to want to hold on to your foot and position it under the neck of the opponent.

Now all you need to do is reach up and pull the back of the head towards you, and squeeze the arm. This is sure to make your opponent submit. This is a fairly easy submission move - it's just that only a certain agile and flexible MMA fighter can pull it off swiftly and gracefully.
