Triangle Submission

Your opponent is on top of you, and you are in the defensive position on your back. Your knees are up in the air. The first thing you must do is pin their forearm to their chest, and hold it there, with your hand that is on the same side as theirs is. E.g. your right pins their left, your left pins their right. This will throw the opponent off balance, and is vital to the success of pulling off this submission.

Next what you are going to do is put your leg (the same leg as the hand that has your opponent's hand pinned to the chest) and put it behind the neck. You can now release your hand from pinning their hand to their chest, as your leg is now going to be putting the pressure to keep the arm pinned. Now elevate your other leg, having your legs meet in a triangular shape. Move your body diagonally and use your arm, and your
legs to squeeze the opponent's body into submission.
