Russian Tie Throw

This move is one of the more precise moves but once it is perfected, it's one of those moves that looks so nice. Start from the Russian Tie position. That is where you and your opponent are standing side by side, and your arm is locked with the opponent's arm that is closest to your body.

You're going to get your shoulder behind their rear shoulder, while their arm is in front of your body. Under hook the arm of the opponent that is closest to you while leaning your shoulder that you have behind their rear shoulder, forcing them to lean forward, while you still have their arm locked at the joint where the bicep and the forearm meet.

While you have the opponent's arm locked you are going to want to put their hand into their chest and lock it with your other arm. Now what you do is simply drop down by getting both feet behind the opponent and rolling towards your side. The opponent will roll with you as you still have his arm locked, and you are at prime position for a number of submissions.

If you feel that you have great strength for your size, you may be able to literally throw your opponent which will shock them and have you at even more of an advantage.
