Shoulder Throw

The shoulder throw is simple but just like all other moves, it has it's key steps that are vital to making the move a success. Start from the standing grappling position where you and your opponent are facing each other, and your heads are side by side at each other's shoulders.

From this position you're going to get your arm locked under the armpit of your opponent. With the same foot as the hand you have locked (right arm right food left arm left foot), you are going to step diagonally forward so your foot is a couple of inches past your opponent's foot and a good foot in front of it.

Now you're simply going to turn around (a complete 180) using your upper torso and hips to throw your opponent to the ground over your hip. After you throw your opponent, your head should be facing down and you should still be standing knees bent and hunched over.
