This throw is going to start off from the over under standing position, where you and your opponent are looking for a possible takedown. From the over under position, you're going to dip the shoulder of the hand that is over dropping your elbow, locking their arm against their body at his side. You secure that their arm is against the body by reaching around their body, and locking both of your hands together a little bit over the waist.
You should now have your opponent's arm locked at his side and secured, by reaching around and locking both of your arms. What you do now with your feet a little bit wider then shoulder width apart, pretend like there is a chair to sit on and sit right back. As you are doing this, the opponent's upper body should be following your motion as you have them locked in.
When you feel their body moving forward simply sit back quickly while still holding your opponent and throw them, and they should land on the ground with both bodies making a letter "L."
